A 3 inch butt hinge pressed from 304 stainless steel and finished with a brushed grain that keeps painted and lacquered doors looking clean. The knuckle runs on a segmented pin, so a door swings without the squeak and side play that plain pin hinges develop after a season of daily use. At 1.5 mm thick with 4 mm screw holes, it matches the rebate depth and screw pattern of standard timber door preparation, so replacing a worn leaf is a straight swap rather than a re-hang. The pack holds two leaves, one for each side of the door line, and suits internal doors, cabinets, workshop boxes and light gate work. Brushed 304 holds up in kitchens, bathrooms and coastal sites where zinc plated steel starts to spot. Every leaf is drilled and countersunk cleanly so screw heads seat flush, and a peel-off protective film keeps the surface unmarked until the job is finished.
