Six-inch needle nose pliers with a long tapered jaw for reaching into a terminal block, working a spring clip loose or bending a wire to shape inside a tight enclosure. The jaws close to a fine point but carry a serrated gripping section behind the tip, so thin wire is held rather than slipping out when it is pulled through a loom. At 155 mm overall with a 12 mm jaw width and a 48 mm handle width the tool fits a shirt pocket or a small pouch, and the two-tone grips have a raised pattern so the hand does not skate when the pliers are twisted. Carbon steel forgings with a polished finish take normal maintenance work comfortably, and the jaws are trued so they meet along their length rather than only at the tips. Suited to electrical, instrumentation and bench work on small components.
