Pneumatic Tapping Machine (M3 - M12)

Pneumatic tapping machine that cuts internal threads from M3 to M12 in steel, aluminum and other metals without a tapping stand. The air motor spins the tap forward at a controlled speed and reverses automatically when the operator releases the trigger, so threads are cut cleanly and the tap backs out without breaking in the hole - a common problem in hand tapping and with rigid electric machines. The lightweight 1.99 kg body is easy to position on workpieces too large to bring to a bench, making it practical for maintenance teams, fabricators and assembly lines tapping frames, brackets, plates and repair work in position. Adjustable air pressure between 5 and 8 kg/cm2 tunes power to material hardness, and low air consumption keeps compressor load modest. The kit includes the main unit plus two chucks to cover the M3-M12 range, with spare chucks available for dedicated sizes.
