Key points

  • Inject a 3 to 5 mm column into the air inlet before use and the tool runs quieter and cooler
  • Six claimed jobs in one bottle: lubrication, anti-rust, wear and noise reduction, cooling, oxidation stability and cleaning
  • Also suits small air and mechanical parts round the workshop such as bearings and door locks
  • Three year shelf life and a 30 bottle carton make it easy to stock beside every air tool
  • A low cost consumable that protects the vane and bearing wear that scraps an air tool early
  • A bottle kept beside the air line turns oiling into routine rather than a task to remember

Product detail

Pneumatic lubricant blended for air tools, supplied in a 500 ml bottle at 440 g gross with a three year shelf life and packed 30 bottles to a carton. It is intended to go into the tool rather than onto the floor: a 3 to 5 mm oil column is injected into the air inlet before use and the tool is then run off load for 3 to 5 minutes so the oil reaches the vanes, bearings and seals. Six jobs are claimed for it, deep lubrication, anti-rust and derusting, wear and noise reduction, cooling and anti-corrosion, oxidation stability and cleaning care. Used on air impact wrenches, air nailers and compressors as well as small air and mechanical parts around the workshop such as bearings and door locks. A consumable worth stocking beside every air tool on the shelf. Kept on the bench beside the compressor, it becomes part of the routine before a nailer or impact wrench goes back in the van. A consumable a workshop reorders on a schedule, since a bottle at each air drop keeps tools running between services.
