Heavy duty concealed hinge for thermal-break aluminium doors and windows, made from stainless steel and finished by polishing for a clean bright surface. The H-type body sits inside the frame and sash so nothing is visible when the leaf is closed. Four variants are stocked to match different frame profiles and loads: a 4.0mm Euro-groove 90 degree version rated at 40kg, a 5.0mm extended Euro-groove 90 degree version rated at 50kg, a double 4.0mm Euro-groove 180 degree version rated at 50kg, and a screen-window concealed 180 degree version. Body thickness is 4.0mm and the unit is sold by the pair. The hinge fits standard 4.0mm and 5.0mm Euro grooves, so it drops into common PVC and aluminium window systems and suits inward-opening, outward-opening and concealed installation layouts. Applications include heavy thermal-break window and door leaves, cabinet fronts and insect screen panels. Packed as an export-ready supply with a 50 pair minimum order.
