A concealed spring hinge that pulls a door shut on its own and holds it at 90 degrees when you want it open. Spring tension is adjustable on the body, so a light wardrobe door and a heavier solid door can both be set to close at a controlled speed instead of slamming. It is non-handed, which means one stock item covers left and right hung doors, and the same hinge runs either as hold-open at 90 degrees or as a free-swinging pivot once the detent setting is changed. The barrel sits behind the door edge once fitted, so the face of the cabinet stays clean.
