A pneumatic chamfering tool that cuts a 45 degree edge on steel, aluminium, plastic and timber with a replaceable carbide insert instead of a grinding wheel. The insert shears the corner cleanly, so the edge comes out bright and consistent rather than smeared or heat marked, and the depth collar is marked at 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 mm so a repeat chamfer can be set without gauging each part. The angled head reaches an inside corner and the front bearing guide follows a curved or straight edge, which keeps the cut even on tube, plate and machined blocks. Air drive means the tool keeps its speed under load and has no motor to overheat during a long deburring run. The set ships with ten carbide inserts, six guide bearings, spare screws, two hex keys, O-rings and two quick couplers, so the tool can be re-tipped on the bench.
