Air-driven mixer for small batches of 10-30L, equivalent to the 5 US gallon class, aimed at laboratory trials, formulation work and small production runs. Because the motor runs on compressed air rather than electricity there is no spark risk, so the unit is intrinsically safe and explosion-proof in flammable or explosive liquid environments. Stepless free speed regulation lets the operator tune agitation to suit thin solvents or heavy coatings without changing tools. Fifteen configurations are available across clamp-mounted, platform, manual lift, horizontal, pneumatic lift, bare-unit, laboratory with clamp, and hand-held pistol types, in either stainless steel or aluminium series, so the mixer can be matched to cleanroom, corrosion resistance or light weight priorities. Applications span chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food and daily chemical production, printing and ink, and adhesive and coating lines. Supplied factory direct with no third-party contract manufacturing, with custom drum sizes supported on request and a minimum order of one unit.
