Pneumatic Terminal Crimping Pliers (Interchangeable Dies)

Air-operated crimping pliers that replace the long handles of a manual crimper with a paddle switch and a compressed-air cylinder, so a terminal is closed with one light press instead of a hard two-handed squeeze. That matters on any harness or panel job where dozens of terminals are made in a row and hand fatigue starts to affect consistency. The tool accepts interchangeable dies for insulated terminals, bare terminals, tube ferrules and pin terminals across 1.25 to 5.5 square millimetre wire, so one body covers the usual range instead of a shelf of separate crimpers. The body is cast in aviation aluminium alloy with chromoly steel inserts at the load points, keeping the tool light enough to hold for long runs. It runs from a standard 1/4 inch air line and needs no electrical supply.
