Retractable air hose reel that keeps 10 m of PU hose off the floor and ready at the point of use. The spring rewind pulls the hose back into the housing when the job is done, so aisles stay clear and the hose is not driven over or left coiled in a heap. The mounting bracket takes the reel onto a wall or a ceiling, putting air within reach of a bay, a lift or an assembly bench without dragging a loose hose across the workshop. The hose ends in a quick coupler, and a ball stopper keeps the end from running back inside the housing. Suited to tyre shops, body shops, spray booths, assembly lines and maintenance bays that use air tools all day. Supplied as a single reel with its wall bracket. For distributors the reel lists as one line that already includes the wall bracket and the hose-end coupler, so a buyer does not have to add fittings to the order. A workshop can also put air at a second bay by fitting another reel rather than dragging extra hose across the floor. Workshops mount a reel so hose is off the floor and at the bench when it is needed; the spring return keeps the aisle clear, which is the detail a safety inspector looks at, and the PU hose stays flexible in a cold shop. Because the rewind is under spring control, the hose returns at a steady pace and stops with the end at the coupler for the next operator, so a bay is not left with hose across the floor at the end of a shift.
