110-Piece Metric Tap and Die Set (Bearing Steel, Case)

A complete metric threading set that covers the sizes used in general engineering, repair and maintenance work, so a workshop can cut an internal thread and match it with a die without ordering individual tools. The 35 taper taps start the thread and the 35 plug taps follow through, both supplied in the same size range, while the 35 dies cut the matching external threads. Taps and dies are machined from bearing steel and heat treated through the length, which holds the cutting edge sharp and keeps the thread accurate after repeated use. Two tap wrenches, two die wrenches, a T-type tap wrench and a thread gauge come in the same case, so the set is ready to work straight out of the box.
