A W-77 siphon-feed spray gun with a 1000 ml bottom cup, the workhorse pattern for primer, anti-rust paint, gelcoat and large flat panels where a gravity gun runs out of cup too often. Paint is drawn up from the cup, so the gun can be angled without the contents spilling, and the fluid and fan adjusters sit at the back of the gun where they can be set with the trigger hand steady. The aluminium body keeps weight off the wrist during long passes, and the stainless needle and nozzle resist solvent attack. Air inlet is 1/4 inch; working pressure is set at the regulator to suit the coating. Typical use covers trailers, gates, steel frames, machinery panels and industrial refinishing in single-colour work. Supplied with cleaning brush, spanner and a spare nozzle kit; cup, lid and suction tube come assembled. Flush the fluid passages with thinner after each session to keep the pattern even.
