Product detail

Heavy-duty F-clamp with a 50 mm throat depth and 300 mm clamping capacity, built for cabinet assembly, door frames, welding jigs and general joinery where real force is needed. The 358 mm steel rail is nickel-plated, so glue squeeze-out and moisture wipe off instead of corroding the bar and jamming the sliding jaw. The fixed jaw is riveted to the rail and the moving jaw runs on a wide shoe that keeps it square under load, which stops the clamp twisting when the screw is wound down hard. A large two-material red and black handle gives enough grip to apply high clamping pressure without a bar extension, and the swivel pad on the screw end stays flat on angled or uneven work. The deep 50 mm reach clears thick laminations and stacked panels. All dimensions are hand-measured; slight variation is possible. Door-frame assembly shops can lay up a batch of frames and clamp them in sequence, so the glue-up stage does not depend on a press that takes one frame at a time. Cabinet shops reach for a bar clamp like this when a panel has to stay flat through glue-up and drilling; the rail carries the load so the joint does not creep, and the quick-release handle lets one operator work along a run of doors without a second pair of hands.
