Product detail
Small electric transfer pump for draining engine, gear and hydraulic oil without lying under a vehicle with a spanner. The all-copper motor runs from a 12 V or 24 V battery through a 60 cm coiled lead and plated clips, so it can be connected to the vehicle being serviced rather than to a bench supply, and it draws 2 to 6 litres a minute with a 2 m suction lift - enough to empty a sump in a few minutes. The aluminium pump head seals to the body so oil is moved rather than dribbled, and the kit includes 6 mm and 8 mm dipstick tubes, an outlet hose, adapters and a clamp, so it can be set up for a car, a motorcycle or a piece of plant. It is built for oil only and must not be run on water, solvents or thick greasy liquids. Weighs 1.55 kg.
