The 2100 W motor and six-speed control let the operator slow the paddle for a splatter-free start and then open it up for thick, high-fill mixes that would stall a drill-mounted whisk. The long shaft keeps hands and the machine clear of the bucket rim, and the steel paddle reaches the bottom of a full mixing bucket. Copper motor windings and an aluminium gearbox housing with three-stage reduction carry the load through long pours.
