Manual caulking gun built on an aluminium alloy body with an electroplated finish that resists corrosion, oxidation and rust. The push rod is thickened for extra rigidity and steadier pressure, while the handle is reinforced to take repeated high-viscosity loads without flexing. A 360 degree rotating head lets the barrel be indexed to any angle, so corners, ceilings, joints and narrow gaps can be reached without contorting the wrist, and the balanced load path reduces hand fatigue over long sealing sessions. The gun is designed for high-viscosity materials including silicone sealant, structural adhesive and no-nail adhesive, covering bathroom wall sealing, tile and grout finishing, waterproofing and general gap filling. Four variants are supplied: a silver round barrel that takes 590ml sausage packs, blue and orange half-round models, and a yellow double-rail model, each with different dimensions and weights to suit different grip habits. A quality spring and precision pressure plate keep the bead flowing evenly and the return consistent, and every unit is inspected before dispatch.
