Pneumatic Caulking Gun 310 / 400 / 600 ml with Regulator

All-metal pneumatic caulking gun for professional sealing work, running on 3-6 kg of shop air. The body uses aluminium front and rear covers, an aluminium tube and a screw-fixed metal clamp that can be stripped down for maintenance. Two physically distinct product lines cover the main adhesive formats: hard-glue models such as UM-220 and UM-230 use air-pressure direct push with a spring plate and no piston for 310ml plastic cartridges, while soft-glue models such as UM-300 and UM-460 use a split rubber piston with a safety cord for sausage packs, sealing tightly and preventing the piston from popping out. Barrel capacity runs to 310ml, 400ml and 600ml, with a tube inner diameter of about 50mm and sausage length limits of 25cm at 400ml and 35cm at 600ml. Net weight is 0.85kg on the 310ml hard-glue model and 1.0kg on the 600ml soft-glue model. An adjustable barometer controls output: lift the knob and turn left to reduce or right to increase pressure. Releasing the trigger opens a quick exhaust port that stops the bead instantly without drips, and the rubber air hose resists wear and corrosion. The ergonomic non-slip handle and threaded front cover keep long single-handed sessions comfortable and leak free. Suited to sheet metal, window and door installation, curtain wall sealing, automotive repair and general construction jointing with silicone, structural and silicone sealants.
