Straight-arm clip-on cabinet hinge in stainless steel, built around the aircraft-type spring layout that keeps the door under tension through the whole swing. The body is pressed from 1.2 mm stainless sheet, noticeably thicker than the ordinary 1.0 mm stock, and the damping cylinder runs on a brass core so the last part of the closing arc is cushioned instead of being left to the spring alone. The mounting plate carries eight adjustment positions, which gives a fitter enough travel to set the door gap across a run of cabinets without drilling fresh holes. The clip-on arm releases from the plate at the press of a lever, so doors can be hung and lifted off during a fit and dropped back without touching the plate screws.
