A two-piece clamp for holding hydraulic, water and air lines against a wall, beam or machine frame. The green clamp body wraps the pipe in a full circle and is drawn together between two metal cover plates and a metal base plate by a pair of M10 x 65 mm bolts set 60 mm apart, so the line is held firmly without being crushed. Because the body is plastic rather than a hard metal saddle, the clamp also takes vibration out of the run, which is why this style is used on hydraulic power packs, marine lines and pump rooms. The body is 95 mm long and stands 73 mm high, the cover plate is 5.5 mm thick and the base plate 6.5 mm thick, and the bore takes 32 to 42 mm pipe. Dimensions are hand-measured, so a tolerance of 0.5 to 1 mm applies. Buyers fitting out a plant room order these by the box so a whole pipe run can be clamped in a single visit rather than revisited later.
