A corded 1/4-sheet palm sander for paint preparation, filler flattening, lacquer keying and light rust removal on wood, plaster and metal. The 400 W copper motor runs at 12,000 orbits per minute, fast enough to level filler without burning through the surrounding paint film, and the 110 x 100 mm platen takes standard quarter-sheet abrasives clamped at both ends. The body is narrow enough to hold in one hand for vertical work such as door edges and skirting, and the rubber-backed platen follows slight curves instead of digging in. Front and rear clamps accept paper without tools, and the flat top allows the tool to be inverted for sanding small parts. Running on 220-240 V, it suits workshop and site use where a battery tool would need constant charging. Supplied as a bare tool; abrasives are ordered separately in the grits that match the job.
