A long-reach drywall sander for levelling filler and skim coat on walls and ceilings without working off a platform. The shaft telescopes from 1.2 m out to 2.2 m and reaches a ceiling up to 3.5 m, so the operator stays on the floor while the head runs overhead. Two extraction tubes run the length of the shaft down to the head, pulling dust straight off the abrasive into the dust bag instead of letting it hang in the room, and a dual-row LED strip lights the working face so the pass marks left in the filler are visible as they are cut back. Speed is set across five steps on an all-copper motor, which lets the tool be run slowly over a filled joint and faster across flat board. The carton holds five accessories: a hex key, two carbon brushes, a dust bag, six abrasive sheets and a 2 m dust hose. Decorators and fit-out crews buy it before painting, because filler dust left in a room settles on every surface that has already been finished.
