Handheld pneumatic strapping tool that tensions, seals and cuts PET plastic strap in one air-powered cycle, for pallets, crates and cartons that are too large or too heavy to strap with a manual tensioner. Compressed air supplies the tension, so a pallet of bricks or a machine crate can be strapped to the same tension all day without the operator pulling strap by hand, and the joint is fused rather than held by a metal clip. The body is a cast alloy housing measuring 278.5 x 149.5 x 173 mm with a carrying handle on top, fitted with a quick coupler for a shop air hose. The mechanism is built around PET strap of around 5 mm thickness, and a built-in silencer keeps exhaust noise down in a warehouse. Rated for up to 100,000 strapping cycles.
