A GT-10 turbine vibrator that bolts to a hopper, chute or bin wall and shakes material loose before it bridges or rat-holes. Compressed air spins an internal turbine, and the unbalanced rotor delivers 50 kg of vibration force at 0.6 MPa, enough to keep powder, grain, sand and small parts flowing through a narrow throat. Because the drive is air, there are no electrical components at the point of use and no motor to burn out in a dusty environment. The body is a compact 86 mm block with 68 mm mounting hole spacing, so it fits small hoppers and fabricated chutes where a piston knocker would be too bulky. A 1/8 in air inlet takes a standard push-in fitting, and a silencer is included to take the edge off the exhaust noise. Air pressure can be regulated to tune the force to the material.
