A standard-profile double-acting pneumatic cylinder for clamping, pushing, lifting and gate mechanisms on packaging, woodworking and assembly equipment. The 63 mm bore and 150 mm stroke give roughly 125 kg of thrust at 0.5 MPa, enough for fixture clamping and light press work. The aluminium barrel is hard-anodised inside and out, and the piston rod is hard-chrome plated and ground to a fine finish, so seals run smoothly and the rod resists pitting in dusty workshops. Adjustable cushioning at both end caps softens the stroke and cuts noise and impact on the end caps. Ports are tapped PT 3/8, and the body accepts CS1-F or CS1-U magnetic sensors for position feedback, so it can be wired into a control sequence. Bore sizes from 32 to 160 mm are available in the same series, letting a machine builder standardise on one cylinder family.
